HUNT STAFF BENEFIT FOUNDATION

Foxhunters, especially Masters, recognize and appreciate the very important part which our Hunt employees play in the operations and welfare of foxhunting. Their activities are many; not only in the kennels and hunt stables, as huntsmen and whippers-in, but on hunt work in the country and other related efforts.

An important part of proper recognition is to make sure that these fine people have adequate financial assistance or other relief whenever and as often as periods of disability, emergency, old age and financial stringency occur.

In order to achieve these purposes on an overall basis the Masters of Foxhounds Association of America in 1930 established a fund which was for the benefit of Hunt employees of all Hunts.

The Hunt Staff Benefit Foundation-- a charitable trust established on July 27, 1938 under Massachusetts law -- is the present expanded and improved outgrowth of that significant concept and action.

Over the years contributions made to the fund by Hunts and individuals have increased the capacity of the fund to render assistance to more Hunt employees in larger amounts. For more detailed information or to make a tax deductible contribution, send check or request to:
